The big and bright EWQ Displays are showing an important information for both customers and employees. They are easy to read due to their high brightness and with wide viewing angles.
EWQ Displays are part of the EWQ Queue Management System, which The Association for Finnish Work has granted the Key Flag Symbol indicating the product is manufactured in Finland.
An unlimited number of Customer Displays can be used
EWQ Customer Display shows the called customer number, the service point number and an arrow showing the direction to the service point. W380 x H305mm sized display can be installed onto a wall or ceiling. Its viewing angle is almost 180 degrees.
Each EWQ Customer Display has its own loud-speaker that can be adjusted individually (six different volume levels). An unlimited number of EWQ Customer Displays can be used in one EWQ-system, depending on the layout of the customer service area.
Up to four 1-row Displays can be installed on top of each other
The size of one EWQ 1-row Customer Display is W335 x H145 mm and its viewing angle is almost 180 degrees. Up to four displays can be installed on top of each other – each display showing the information of one pre-programmed service group. They can also be programmed as a history display.
EWQ 1-row Customer Display shows the called customer number and the service point number and it can be installed on to a wall or ceiling.
Service Point Display
The W205 x H115 mm sized EWQ Service Point Display is located at the service point. The display can be programmed to show:
- The called customer number (blinking) and then the service point number
- The called customer number (blinking) and then leaving the number on the Display
The blinking time can be set between 5 – 60 seconds. It is recommended that each service point is numbered with a “cold” number (label, sticker, etc.). Different fixings for the display is available.
EWQ Service Point Display can also be used as a queue display for the employees (with or without a buzzer). With the buzzer the display alarms when the first customer steps in to the queue. The alarm buzzer is very useful for example when the staff is not at the service points.
Queue and Customer Number Display with waiting time
EWQ Queue and Customer Number Display is an important display for the employees as it shows the length of the queue and waiting time for the customer of each service group. The W335 x H145 mm. sized display shows also the called customer number and service point number.
